Seasons for a Drone survey

<<<Arrows are pointing to the grass in the gutter

The reason for  Drone footage is that the Drone can get to areas of a building that only by putting scaffold up you can get to. The cost of scaffolding can come to huge amounts, there for a huge waste of money has been wasted. The top footage on the right hand side of the screen was a survey of a commercial building that I filmed for a customer who wanted to find out the condition of the ridge tiles and the roof tiles, after seeing the footage he then new the condition was good apart from three things, a piece of loose lead at the bottom of the dormer window but also there was grass growing out of the gutter in 2 areas. In the past he would hire a cherry picker for 5 days to inspect all areas of the gutters, this footage showed him straight away to areas that had grass growing in the gutter so he hired the cherry picker for the minimum time only. So all in all the cost savings on having the Drone footage was a huge saving to the company. No disruption, No disturbance to any of the staff, as you would get with scaffold and hiring a cherry picker for five days plus man power.
